Our Lounge Message Boards

OurLounge is a message board system, which is a part of McDonald's franchised stores' employees. McDonald's want them to be more active on OurLounge to strengthen the ties between the employees. However, the CMS was outdated and was neither adaptive nor responsive. Thus, they want to update the message board to match their target audiences' behaviour, which is moving towards more mobile-centric lifestyle.
